Incorrect advertising and no care service

Hi guys

To those that have met me know I am a happy go lucky guy but this morning just pushed all my buttons.

Read an ad last night from a bike shop in Malmesbury. Looked good and promising and gave the guys a shout this morning to make sure I don't take the drive for nothing.

Drove there from northern suburbs.

Not only was the bike not spec'd as in ad it didn't even have 2 of the same wheels on to which I was just told "O they made a mistake", cool we are all human but then.

Condition you could see it had a big crash photos on site all from the "good" side. The shock was so sticky to which I got told I am using it incorrectly (like it's my first bike) took it for a spin and sure as hell there's most definitely something up with the shock.

Told the sale's assistant he didn't even try and answer me didn't offer to have the workshop check it out just had this attitude of so what.

Tried to find some of the other bikes advertised inside (with no assistance offered) and could not find 1 of the other new bikes advertised which I was interested in.

Looking to spend a decent budget I would like to be treated better not like a waste of time.

OK rant over enjoy the trails this weekend and have a good one!

There seems to be a trend with a bike shop and a sales person, in Malmesbury.

Question, what ever happened to the thread about a very expensive t-shirt or something?
