gallen Posted November 1, 2018 Share I had mine removed last week after only 12 weeks as the screws were coming loose ???? This meant that I wasn’t allowed to lift anything heavier than a coffee cup for 12 weeks. No discomfort after the op, in fact I could feel a massive improvement in mobility. I did notice a bit of clicking before having the plate removed, but it’s too soon to tell if it’ll be an ongoing problem. Perhaps keeping the hardware in my on-bike tool kit might be an option.
