Can I Import Spd Sandals From Nashbar? Or are there local suppliers?

I would like to buy SPD Sandals (yes. Various reasons).

 

I am in Cape Town. Can I get these locally?

 

I can import. Amazon would be easy. But Nashbar carries Shimano sandals at a good price. My problem is that it looks like they don't ship to ZAR.
