11spd chain on 10spd cassette

Great article, answers an often pondered question. I am converting a nine speed, triple chainring to a 10 speed chain and cassette. ( Plus shifters and so on) Any comments?

If im not mistaken you can use 11 Speed Campagnolo with 11 Speed Shimano/SRAM, but not 10 speed and below.

 

There are a bunch of factors that would make me want to flat out avoid trying a Campagnolo chain. The plates are thinner and they are designed for Campag cassettes with variable spacing as opposed to Shimano/SRAM that use uniform spacing
