Pre-owned Garmin, worth it?

Shaper I have a Edge 520 for cycling and currently have an old Polar M400 for the odd run/activity tracking - would you say the F3HR is worth if if I sold off the M400?

Also use a 520 for cycling just because I had it and like the setup on the bike so will stay using that for cycling.

 

Always been an avid runner and my Polar RS8 had the HR and Foot pod units. After Polar stopped supporting IR technology on Windows 10, I sold the unit because I could not download any info to PC any more and got the F3HR. Beautiful unit and not having to bother with a Foot pod was just great AND all the run/stride/cadence info it gives you is just phenomenal. No need for anything better.
