Hi there.
I am a 63 year gent. Looking for people/group that cycles average speed of 23-25 km per hour. Road bike only.

I live close to Eikestad Mall in Stellenbosch and the University.

Just back in the saddle again after a 12 year lay off. Did the 2018 Argus in 5 hours 43 minutes with very minimal training.

Ride on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Note: Rain = no cycle.

I am 40 years old and have not cycled in four years since been bike jacked. Also looking for someone to start out again with. I live in Somerset West tho. Unfit at the moment lol so your average sounds good
