Trek charges R 200 a dial and im not actually sure they will fit most shoes?

Anyone else been smelling the foul smell between dolphin beach and the engen garage in sunset beach? That section of the bike lane has got worse and worse with regards to that smell!

Hi people. I am wanting any advise for safe routes around Somerset West - road cycling. Was bike jacked 4 years ago. Getting back on again and super unfit. If you could send me routes that are safe I would appreciate it. To unfit to train with any of you yet. Also cycle in the mornings around 9 am. Your help is appreciated....
