Di2 TT upgrade

Currently have 11spd Ultegra 6800 -what do I need (exactly!) to upgrade to Di2? Want to be able to shift on the extensions as well as the bullhorns.

-Shimano Di 2 Junction 5-Port

-ULTEGRA Di2 SW-R671 Shifter (  2x 11) Ultegra Remote Triathlon Shifter ( Two Button)

-Ultegra ST-6871 TT Triathlon Dual ControlLever 2x 11

Yes true ! hopefully OP has a 6870 di2 setup already not 6800 mechanical. In the case of having 6800 mechanical it would most probably be best to purchase a Di2 TT upgrade kit which would cost quite a bit more and is likely to need :

 

-Di2 Bar End Shift Buttons

-TT/Tri Brake Lever 

-Di2 Front Derailleur Braze on

-Di2 Rear Derailleur 

-Di2  Battery

-Di2  5 port junction box 

-JC-41 Internal Junction

-Wireless Bluetooth Junction (Optional Extra)

-Wires 

-Charger for Battery

So it's option 2 above - virtually a complete di2 tt groupset.
