Parkmore to melville mtb

I'm visiting jhb and toying with riding between parkmore and melville. The spruit has been mentioned as a possible route.

 

Safety concerns? Gpx files? Pointers and advice please. I will be riding alone. There and back the following day.

Safe and easy during day light hours. Cant really get lost.

Did it with only minor difficulty finding where to get on the spruit. As you say ... easy.
