Swift Drone build or Merida Reacto complete bike

I started building a road bike some time back with the idea of focusing on both triathlon, but I’ll also probably end up doing a fair amount of road races that won’t allow tri bars. I’m torn between the Swift Drone or the Merida Reacto. If I wasn’t sitting with brand new components I would’ve gone with the Reacto, but now it’s a choice between selling off my components and buying a Reacto or purchasing the Swift Drone frame.

My concern is that the Swift Drone seems to have a shorter top tube (even the large seems small) which would be fine for triathlon, but as I’ll be riding with traditional road bars with clip-on tri bars for now it could be slightly too small.

I’m 1.88m tall which has always put me in between sizes. I had a frame with a 57.5 top tube that was almost too big, but the largest Drone is 555.

Do you think that the Drone would be comfortable enough to do something like the Double Century on or would the Reacto be a better fit for both road and triathlon? In a perfect world I would have both, but that’s not an option at present ????
