Pocketbikes Posted June 23, 2008 Share To the guys that fell... you shouldn't ride so fast My first official MTB ride, and what a jol. Took me a few minutes to figure out the timing between my pedal strokes and the rocks, in the first few minutes, but then got the hang of it. I was also amazingly surprised to find out what type of terrain these bikes can actually get over. I really enjoyed the single track parts of yesterdays ride. Rode most of the way with Hog, who gave tips on cornering technique etc. Thanks to HR for the loan of the LEFTY. It was nice meeting MTBKing, Porn* and the others that I didn't know. The "after ride dinks", was great, and had a couple of good laughs with your stories.
