I just wanna share my experience in dealing with Momsen bikes and Melo Velo Cycles, Broadacres.. My sons Vipa xt developed a small crack on the rear driveside chainstay.. Being the 2nd owner i was worried that we may have a problem warrantying it... However, Momsen came to the party without any issues and supplied a new chainstay... Melo Velo Cycles replaced the part in only 1 day... Thanks guys... Really great service.. Keep it up...
