Damper & air spring shaft clamp sizes?

Hey gents,

I am going to be doing a full service on my Fox 36 as it's losing a bit of air pressure after every ride, and it's due for a service anyways. Fox would like me to purchase 3 sets of clamps to get the job done, I would not like to!

Fortunately I am in the position to cnc up some clamps but I am a bit stumped on all the sizes I would need.

The forks and shocks I would like to service are-

2017 Fox 36 HSC / LSC

Rockshox Super Deluxe RCT

Rockshox Deluxe RT3

2019 Fox 32SC & 34SC ( do not have these yet but will get one of them for future xc bike build)

From what I can gather the sizes I think I know I need are- 10, 12 & 12.7.

A bit stumped as to the sizes needed for the following, and an internet search shows up nothing.

The above should be all I need to service the Fox 36 but I would also like to machine in a few more sizes for future work on the Super Deluxe and Fox 32SC & 34SC. I have found some pictures of universal clamps, but I'm sure a lot of the sizes I will not use, and possibly some sizes they have not included. I don't really intend on doing any work on forks and shocks prior to 2017.

Any suggestions on which sizes to include would be appreciated!

BBI set, plus 9mm and 3/8" will sort you out for almost anything. I'm pretty sure the new Barnett set has the 9 and 3/8" included, my one doesn't.

If you don't want to get all those sizes machined, strip your fork and shock and measure... at worst you'll have 2 clamp sets, one for current and one for future stuff.

Thank you droo, really appreciate you sharing this information. Have done some digging and it seems like Barnett have included the 9mm in the latest version, but not the 3/8". However I will include it as per your suggestion.
