Thru Axle Scalloped Bush

Hi guys, on my older Trek (Superfly 8), the rear thru axle is of the type where you force the lever down to lock the axle. Under the lever is a scalloped nylon or plastic bush. This bush has broken in half and fallen out. I don't particularly want to replace the entire axle if I don't have to. Any idea where one could obtain the bush from? I can't find it sold anywhere online.
