Dropper post set back

Hi gents

I have a carbon silver back super speed 2. Need a dropper post due to more technical downhill trail riding. I see current seat post is set back. Does this mean my seat position on the new dropper must go way back.

 

What posts would you recommend which won't break and won't break the bank.

 

It's a large frame I am 1.88m so seat height currently is higher than bars. It's rather far extended.
