Tristan is a British adventure cyclist who is riding around the world in support of Build Africa, a UK charity working with severely disadvantaged children in Kenya and Uganda. Already on the road for two and half years, Tristan is aiming to cycle 100,000 kilometres through 100 countries on six continents, in a solo journey that will take more than half a decade to complete. With around 50,000 kilometres cycled through 57 countries, Tristan is now in South Africa having ridden the length of Africa from Cairo to Cape Town.
