I had an issue with a blown damper on my Spez Epic just before Berg & Bush. They removed the unit and fitted a loan unit, all at no charge, while sending my unit off to be serviced and repaired. When I brought the bike back, they fitted my shock and washed the bike. I would highly recommend them - they went out of their way to make a plan for me and are all round a great team! My rear shock will definitely be serviced here every year going forward...
