Medical claim from cycling SA

Hi hubbers, I would like to know if anybody ever claimed from cycling SA for a incident during a race with only a day license? I did a race were the paramedics and the race doctor though I had a heart attack. I went from the event to the hospital in a ambulance ( last time I tried to claim from them for a crash, I could not because the ambulance did not take me to the hospital and I still was a member).
