Worst Customer Service - Cell C

Please help.For 3 weeks, hours on the phone and a dozen emaild, I cannot get Cell C to sort out my fibre line. Constantly going down and only about 1% of download speed that I pay for. Tried to move my line to another ISP but they can only do it at monthend if CellC has released the line with Vumatel.This mean about 14 days without connection. I need this urgently to work from home - any advice on how and if I can speed up this process.

Only advice I have is stay as far away from CellC as possible their service is bad and you cannot escalate the issue as no number or email is available - only their Customer NON Support

Had the same issue with the a few years ago. They just couldn’t care less to help. Moved to Telkom, and Im more than happy despite alll the horror stories. Haven’t been offline or throttled even once and they upgraded my modem and line a few times already at no charge.
