Anyone know anything about cyclist involved in accident at Hout Bay graveyard?

Apparently a cyclist was seriously injured near the graveyard when a vehicle decided to pass a row of cars waiting for another car to turn right and things went horribly wrong.

 

 

Be careful out there

And if you are you are not in control.

Idiots are.
