Headset sizes!!!!!

Soooo I'm putting a Rat Racer together.

 

The rule is that everything on the bike has to be leftovers from the shop :-)

 

This excludes cables/hoses/chain/cassette - those will be new.

 

The frame and fork are from 2 different Canyon bikes and have been semi wire brushed, sanded and ceramic coated (no clear coat).

 

The problem is a headet to match the frame and fork.

 

The fork is 1 1/4" which immediately complicates matters. Frame is 44mm x 5mm top and 48mm x 10mm bottom.

 

So theoretically I need a ZS44/33 top and EC48/33 bottom. Problem is that these combos donøt seem to exist. Does any headset guru out there have an answer.
