Stolen: Giant Anthem 2015

At 12h10 the pictured (presumably homeless) man who I have known for years asked for coffee and to shelter on my veranda since it was pouring with rain. I turned my back and he was off on my bicycle as shown in the security camera footage attached. He sometimes goes by the name of Leroy and is well-known in the neighbourhood as a ringer of doorbells. He is over 6ft tall and has feet larger than size 12. He has had a beard for the last few years.
