Lost: USWE backpack in Muizenberg

Left a USWE hydration pack - Black with white logo - at the Black Cat Cafe in Muizenberg this morning (31/12). Waiter chased us to try to return it but then a passing cyclist said he would take it and catch us up. Not seen since. Contains a Rapha Black with Pink zip tool bag with tools in and a MTB tube. Happy to pay a reward for return.
