Each stage has 3(plus minus 30kms) legs. Regroup after each leg. Points for first, second and third on each leg (3,2,1)

Day 1: 1 October 2020 - 83 km - Stilbaai to Witsand

Day 2: 2 October 2020 - 116 km - Witsand to Old Sam’s Farm, Arniston

Day 3: 3 October 2020 - 90 km - Arniston to Stanford
