Body Armour For someone with Dialysis

Hi all

I recently started Pertitoneal dialysis , i am able to bike , run etc, the problem is falling, really not recommeneded given my condition  , are there any low cost recommendations for body armour that would protect my abdomen more in teh case of a fall? 

I think i need something that would absorb the impact if the worst comes to worst.

https://www.bikekings.co.za/collections/mx-protection many option here. Just bought a chest protector with a kidney belt for dirt biking and that gives some protection but normally the stomach isn't the focus.
