so itried removing the tyre to check for the tube, but the tyre seems glued to the rim? granted i didnt have the proper tools. does this mean its tubeless?

Hi All, im fairly new to all this. i was busy pumping tyres when suddenly i hear more air escaping. now when i press it i feel air escaping from the valve. Can just the valve be replaced, if it is the valve, do i have to buy a new tube? Advice and recommendations appreciated.

What would be a good entry level bike. What brakes , suspension should I go for . Which brand , size etc . I've seen silverback being touted as tbe go to bike for beginners . Also where in cape town would be a good place to go. I have a budget of about 8k. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
