When: 15/11/2021

Where: Groenvallei, Cape Town, Western Cape

Unfortunately couldn't I remember the unique number but I know directly next to the stem on the right hand side on the handlebars is black tape raped around and it has a pink bottle cage and also a Avalanche seat

I asked they sow him but he had a hoodie on and they didn't see which way he went
