Help with hub

In need of a front wheel hub...its number 9 in attached picture....the wheel bearing con is built onto the hub and I can't seem to find anywhere !someone please help...its a merida big 9 xt2 ....its only 2 years old  ...can't believe I can't ride because of this

Have you called the guys at Coolheat? If they don't have it chances are it isn't available in SA (I can't find it in the European stock database!!). They will direct you to a shop to buy it if it is available.

Or ask them for a new MT400 hub - it isn't cheap considering you need just the axle but it isn't tooo expensive (and you get shiny new cones).

Thanks I did take your advice and gave them a call...they can't help me either...can only try and match a hub...just really disappointing considering how much I paid for a new bike and I'm being told maybe by May I can get a wheel bearing.

Welcome to the COVID delay train - I have been waiting for bikes, parts, groupsets, saddles and various other parts for anything between a few weeks and over a year!

The supply chain is well and truly knackered.
