Cleat Adapters

I have been battling to find a cleat adapter, and am hoping that someone here has...

 

The shoes that I have, have the standard road/LOOK style holes in the bottom. The three holes in a triangle which would fit the LOOK style cleats. My problem is that the cleats I have to fit come off my MTB and are the Crank Brothers which fit the Egg Beater pedals. So, the triangle shape does not work as they only have two screws side by side. 

 

There is an adapter that one can buy, an example of which is the SM-SH41 (image attached). Does anyone know where I can find these (Cyclelab/CW Cycles etc. don't have and have reached out to Buycycle/Bike Addict etc.). Or, does anyone have a set lying around that they are willing to part with?
