Anyone missing a Specialized Camber Black with Blue highlights, Stellenbosch Area

I have just seen this Specialized Camber Black with Blue highlights in Facebook marketplace, location is Stellenbosch.

Looks very suspect, the technique is the seller of stolen goods won't put any identifying words in the ad so it can't be discovered by the owner via search.

And R3500 for a Specialized Camber in what looks like very decent condition, it also has race boards on it.

Maybe it's a false alarm but I thought I would post it here.
