GCN+ Streaming performance

Loving the content I can get through GCN+ race pass - eg most of the Cyclocross season - but I am finding that the streaming is laggy and buffers quite badly or pixelates at times.  Bandwidth running at >45Mbps with 33ms ping.   Also no issues streaming Netflix, Youtube, Google Movies and Red Bull.  I only battle with GCN+.

Anyone else have issues with GCN+ Streaming performance?

I havnt had any issues with GCN, currently on a 200 Meg line. However my ISP has had a issue for the last week connection keeps dropping off and disrupts feed annoying.
