MTB Shoe wear

Where is it catching? On the frame or crank arm?

What is wearing fast? The rear of the shoe?

Perhaps post a pic, to give those wanting to assist to better help you.

If it is hitting the frame/cranks, then your cleats can be adjusted to straighten your foot/shoe.

I am quite interested in this one.

i have, in recent times tried 3 times to buy new mountain bike shoes ( different brands) . But none of them matched the comfort and sole hardness of my old bullet proof shimanos which are falling apart at the seems.

i assume yours are clipless? Maybe you just dont have enough grip between the shoe and the flat 🤷‍♀️
