Hope 4 pro xd drive moving, need help

Hi, I was cleaning out my hope 4 pro hub because it was sounding louder so I thought of cleaning and regressing, I put the hub back together as it was but now the xd drive is moving. When I put the cassette on I noticed moving from side to side very small but still there. I can’t think what else to do I checked and the 1mm spacer is there but it still moves. 
 

any help will be great, not sure what to really do.

Hi, I I dug into old forum posts and found that it’s the end cap that seeds to be compressed when it installed on the bike.

Also check that you have the seal between the hub and freehub in properly.  You need to press it in with the flat of a screwdriver to make sure that it is fully recessed into the hub.  The cassette needs to be off freehub to get to the seal.  Takes quite a bit of pressure to get it to seat.
