Cycling partner(sponsored/hired)

Good day.

I love cycling, mostly Mtb , but do a few road races as well. Would like to know if there are companies or people hiring or sponsoring cyclest to join events with them on a long term arrangement. (Not talking about pro cycling)Reason for asking is, there are so many events during the year, but sadly for most of us, work comes first and then the cost also! I would love to explore all these events with someone , but then have to get a income. Sound crazy, but just curious if there are people looking for someone like me?!
