Wanted flat/room in Richards Bay

Hey everyone,

I am looking for a nice little neat flat/room for my bother in law that got a new job in Richards Bay at Blackwoods nursery as a manager in Meer En See so anything not too far away will work.

He is a 35 year old single male, clean, tidy and quiet he won't bother anyone and has good manners and what not. His max budget is around +/- R5500 including water and electricity but anything cheaper will really go a long way and help the lad out. He will need to move in at the start of next month (Feb).

So if you know of something or someone please let me know, he is the perfect tenant in my opinion that won't cause stresses or so.
