Vintage DHC track bike frameset

Picked up last w/end for not much at a local cycle jumble, looking sad and unloved.   Some surface rust that needs to be dealt with, especially on the rear drive stay, but looking closely nothing too far gone in my opinion.  

23" in size, serial number 351 - as stamped on rear dropout, putting it into March 1951 era, again in my opinion confirmed by it's 95/115mm front/rear spacing.  Resprayed in 1986 according to stickers applied on as steerer tube - Steve Ludlow, 1986.  R531 butted tubes, faint stamp on steerer tube confirming that.

Not much is know of Deale & Huth here in UK (have read few posts on here already), so would appreciate more info, especially re serial numbers sequences to confirm its age.

See if you can get hold of Ron Thompson walking library of bikes that old . Got a set of decals for my DHC road bike from him . In 2022 Ron’s number was 082 570 3650
