Handlebars

Hey 

I'm a noob in bicycle maintenance. 

I'm looking for a handlebar that will no.1 fit the diameter of my stem and no.2 a handlebar where the hole for cabling is in the center. (Pic below)

The handlebar picture has a diameter of 31.6mm and my stem is a 31.7mm stem will it work ?

Measure the width of your shoulder s as well.. will give you the width of the handlebars needed.. 👍🏻
