They mean threshold power surely? Peak power (5s) should be well up in the 1500 plus range.

 

Peak Power (PPO or MAP) is the result of a ramped test of ever increasing power over time(there are several protocols) that lead to the peak power that is sustained for the last ramp being measured - this is where Marius' figure comes in.

 

 

 

So that would correspond to power at VO2Max?

 

Yes - with the caveat that VO2 max is actually reached.
