Shimano SAINT hub service

Where can I get a Shimano SAINT hub serviced?

 

Every bike shop I speak to can't help me, they do not have the tools to service it.

 

The one in particular is the hubset tool, which is a 4 splined tool similar to a BMX freehub tool.

 

So before I make my own one is there anyone in the Western Cape that can service it or know of where I can get the tool. Can't ride the new bike without the front hub being serviced.

 

Oh yes, coolheat do not have, they bring in the groupset but not the tools to service them.
