Who's MTB was stolen in PE

I was at the Spar in 1st Avenue Walmer this morning and noticed this bike (SIZE SMALL) lying on the pavement outside the shop. It has Fuji grips on and the down tube was also very recognisable as a Fuji's down tube. Funny thing is, is that someone had gone to a lot of trouble to paint the whole bike navy blue even the front shock. Then the dude that climbs onto it is a MONSTER a human being. I am sure he stops there every morning on his way to work.
