I had Pratley fax me a data sheet  but as expected, there's very little technical data. What I can tell you from the sheet is that you shouldn't eat the stuff or get it in your eye.

 

Also, if you want to boil it, you'll have to heat the bike to over 200 degrees C.

you think a simple answer would do.

 

its a rear drop-out on the chainstay. non-drive side.

I think you can safely do it yourself. If you where in Jhb I'd offer to give you a hand.

 

I would just go for the higher grade epoxy and follow JB's instructions.
