I have a legit warranty claim on my frame that is 18 months old.  The problem is that they do not have stock of this particular frame anymore and only have the model that replaced it..........I am now expected to pay the difference??  Is that correct or should i challenge them on this.

I paid R18,000 for my existing frame and now have to pay in R8,000 for the new frame......so i would then would have paid R26,000 for a recomended retail price of R21,000 for the frameConfused

I did not receive any paper work and just checked the local agents web site and it does not have anything re warranty.  I forgot to mention that this will be 3 frame in 4 years, i had to pay in for the last frame replacement to.  But feel after forking out thousands of rands, they should come to the party on this one.  The way it worked last time was they gave my dealer a credit fot the "cost" of my frame and then supplied me the new one but then had to pay the difference in the retail price.......
