Headset expander bolt *SOLVED*

AAAhhhhhh....

Found out how it comes out... Tricky little bastard!

For this Easton Expander bolt it doesnt require an allen key.

 

What you do is:

turn in the cap & bolt all the way' date=' then loosen two or three turns

then give it a forceful hit with your hand on the head of the bolt/cap.

this pushes the cone down

and releases the expander...

It's the same way you got a quill stem loose.
