Bianchi. It's the only frame I could find which has a 57cm seat tube but 56cm top tube. Normally on 56cm frames they are the same.

 

A compact frame will look stoopid. You will have to get a small to get the right reach but use a 400mm seatpost to get the saddle height.

Compact frames definitely won't work. They're made compact by

increasing the slope of the top tube and shortening the seat tube. So a

frame with the right horizontal 'top tube' length will have a short seat tube and you'll need long seat post.

 

I can confirm that Bianchi's frame sizing definitely works for a long legged, short armed rider, but depending on how much you want to pay, that may not be an option.
