According to Cape Mail all the RA tracking numbers from hong kong are missing. Looks like a whole shipment was sent to Mars or something. DX is talking to me, telling me to wait but now they say they are trying to trace the package through hong kong mail, tracking results should be available this week, will post what they say when I hear from them.

I have subsequently had about 4 orders arrive safely, just the RA numbers which went walkies...

Sorry, can't help you out there.

Hey TreeDodger

It has been some time now, any news from DX? I got my 2 x 18.5 volt 2200ma Lipo's and charger from R2hobbies.com yesterday. Just 12 days after placing the order on a Friday! Great service! + a bunch of 5$ discount vouchers for future use.

Took about a month of correspondence with DX. The best is to ask them to trace the parcels through Hong Kong post. Then give them 2 weeks, then ask them to resend.

It worked for me, they are resending my parcels. I don't have them yet though! r2hobbies.com looks cool!

Could you PM me and discuss the process. I used the DX express system and got a ref number. Then I filled in the data on the missing shipment. Happen to be a RA... number. They responded with some questions, I replied and now it seems I cant respond any more due to no more comment space's being available and no response. I don't want to close the enquiry and re create it. Any suggestions on getting hold of them. If all fails I will give them a call on Monday.

Chaps new question.

I have a 15C 18.5 volt 5 cell 2200 ma Lipo running my light. I am using a balanced charger to charge the battery. What should the recommended charging current be?

I ran it at 1amp the other day and it took a 180 minutes to load. Then I ran it at 1.2 amps and it was loaded in about 80 minutes. The cells did not heat up at all, but I know one should take care when working with Lipo's. Incidentally as always the charger and battery came with instructions that provides you with less than the bare minimum. Any suggestions. I would like to charge it in 1 hour while still looking after the battery.

Lipos shouldn't be charged any faster than 1C, so in your case 2.2A
