No beer.

No way. Tongue

Seriously, I'm sitting with a small pretty big arsenal of imported/nice beers in the fridge at the moment. No way in hell I'm not having every last one! Erdinger, Paulaner, Grolsh, Bud, Stella, Fosters, Heineken, Carlsberg and a few others I'm forgetting.

I'll watch what I eat, and continue cycling to and from work, and on weekends. If that doesn't work, I'll make peace with being a fat-ass beer-drinking MTBr.

I used Phedra Cut for 4 months, NEVER again.

I was constantly irritated and had really bad mood swings for no reason.

After bieng relegated to the couch, the kids hating me and the dogs wanting to bite me, it was decision time.

While I have used other USN products with mixed results, Phedra cut was just not worth it.

There is no subsitute for hard work and good nutrition, rather blow your hard earned money on bike upgrades.Thumbs%20Up

hi again

i used the phedra cut for a 3 day period and didn't feel any discomfort or chest pain or anything, it just worked fine with me. It really removed that feeling of hunger you get sometimes while on your bike.

You would need to use it for  a week or two to get into your system properly, if you are going to have any side effects you would probably experience them then.

As i said before, it didn't work for me and I am glad not to be using it,   but f you are going to keep using it stick to your dosage and remember to keep hydrated.
