Just to point out' date=' my Keo Carbons did come with the covers. But I'm lazy and dont always carry them around with me at the off chance I walk aroun in my shoes.

But with the VERY minimal walking I have done on my cleats (as in put my foot down at the robots or walk out the house to the road), they have worn very rapidly...!

Still great pedals- and would buy them all over again.

The memory clip is a brilliant idea, only thing is only rediculously super-dooper expensive shoes (R3500+) have catered for this.

Mr Look, where can one purchase those lekker cleats, and how much?
[/quote']Glad to hear you like your Keo's!!

In relation to the Keo Grip's....you should be able to order them from your LBS. They currently retail for R205. They will last longer than the normal cleats...so they are worth the difference in the money. All new Keo's (2008+)....from the Classics upwards...come supplied with them in the box.

Light pedals, heavy cleats.

Time RXS or simply purchase a set of CrankBros Eggbeater SL's with he CrankBros Road Cleat.

Excellent pedal, and only gives 7 grams per pedal to the Time RXS.

It's compatible with MTB shoes and the MTB cleat so you don;t have toworry about wearng the cleat away while walking. Bst non slip option imo.

I use em on both Road bike and MTB now.
