So how does one put together a simple training program for an event such as s2c?<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

 

For those of you lucky enough to have gotten an entry ? yo mind sharing your training plans?

 

I can only ride on weekends ?

 

So can we just base it on doing certain distances per weekend / or hours ? so that we can possibly simulate the first two days about two weeks before the start - by doing it comfortably ?

 

Not sure I?m in to complex heart rate training programs ?
