Sealed bearings

I used to ride with a set of Shimano WHR550 wheels and then bought a set of Mavic Kysriums for racing (I know JB, I know....) The thing i really like about the Mavics is that they have sealed bearings as i was getting rather irritated with having to strip and re-grease the Shimano bearings every 4 months.

I would like to get another set of everyday wheels but what is available that has sealed bearings for a decent price??

 

And as for MTB, I have to strip and regrease the wheel bearing every month or so because the Shimano LX hub does not have a rubber seal on the rotor side!!!

if you want sealed bearings on a decent set of cheap wheels look at the alexrims or the neuvation pretty much the same thing they retail at about R1700

 

 

 

that rubber seal that you need should be able to be ordered from your LBS as your wheels should have come with one
