  1. Rudi give hidegarde(sp) a shout at bruce reyneke cycles he recently fitted a brand new hub to one of my customers freedom challenge bikes, they are definitely worth the extra cash seeing as you only need an oil change once a year and maybe a new chain every two years being 14 speed you only have to rely on your front chainring to worry about top end speed so the bigger you go the bigger your top end will be and to be honest who can pedal over 65km/h on the mtb???? give it some thought even a chain driven rohloff is probably better than most geared systems out there..turtlek2010-06-14 08:40:24

  6. If you go to any good bike shop they should have. If they don't. they can get within a day or two from the local agents. If you use any other oil than what is prescribed by the manufacturer your warranty will be void.
  7. Somebody mention specialzied being expensive... i dont care much for the other Cr@p thats going on here but the guy who thinks specialized is expensive must compare apples with apples here: Specialzied Tarmac SL3 frameset R23499 Cervelo S3 frameset About double that price Specialized is by far one of the cheapest top end frames you can buy (Not in all situations) so they are very competitive and the technology that they put into thier products actually makes sense most of the time
  8. i have a set of the pink hopes in my shop with pink rotors pm me if you are interested... they are just sitting there
  9. No Mojoman Brand new is still in packaging never been on a bike!!! Baie-sukkel if you walked into my shop and wanted an item off the shelf that was scuffed i would have to give you discount because it is not as it was delivered to us by the supplier

Kori There should be a 4mm allenkey at the bottom of that hole tturn it oppostie to what you would normally loosen a bolt and it should come out with a little bit of friction be carefull not to strip the bolt because it is soft aluminium and it strips quite easily
  11. If you want a double chainring setup then Go rotor cranks they are very expensive (R6200) for cranks and chainrings but they look AMAZING!!!
  12. Without a doubt Suunto is better mostly because they use your exact heart rate spikes and they work on a live feed the other aspects to look at is turn around time on servicing is much quicker (you dont have to get a courier to fetch it from your LBS) and you can change the batteries yourself in a suunto no week long waiting period for the guys to change a normal 2032 battery
  13. Hi Anton as Owen said be carefull there are way too many people out there trying to milk sponsors for everything they can get and with little or no remuneration for the sponsor at the end of the day code of conduct is a very important thing, Expectations, image and all factors of being involved with your company are vital to your success as a team Teams thrive on honesty and exclusivity Honesty: Every rider must be willing to make unconditional sacrifices to situations that arise in different instances while in public and out on the bike (swearing,Personal opinion and bad attitude are the three that come to mind) Exclusivity: You are painting a very vague picture here with regards to what you expect and what you want to give back, Yes Sponsoring a few good riders is an awesome idea because Kids sitting in a bar as soon as they turn 18 is not an ideal situation But you need to be specific about goals that you are setting for yourself and your riders A brand ambassador situation works in the way that you have your outlines but there is no boundary as to which group in the industry you are targeting because you will have a few riders in every situation (A bunch, Elites, Ladies and vets for example) I am not knocking your idea i just think there are a lot more issues to deal with before you get rid of your hard earned money to a bunch of youngsters that might put you in a situation that you do not want to be in I hope my ideas help you a little bit Have an awesome evening
